Ingredients:
250 g of fresh cheese
200g butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
400g flour
Preparation:
Cheese mix with 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, add salt, and chopped softened butter. Add flour and knead the dough compact. Flour add piece by piece, but if it is too soft, add more flour. The dough wrapped in foil and leave for several hours in the refrigerator, but preferably overnight. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 7-8 millimeters and make shapes glass 2-3cm thick. Since the remaining regions around the scones, and repeat process to make more scones. Effort should be made to the dough as little as possible in order to, as it becomes softer.
Scones line up on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remaining egg whisk with a pinch of salt but it lubricated scones. After top sprinkle cumin and black sesame. Leave in the pan so that a little swell, and then bake in the oven preheated to 200°C. After a few minutes of baking to reduce to 180°C and bake until scones are not completely yellow. Once baked, allow to cool a little and then you are ready for tasting.
