PUFF

An excellent recipe, even better treat. You will not regret it. In the following recipe.


Ingredients:

(dough)
250 ml water
125 g margarine
150 g flour
1 baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
4 eggs

(cream)
1/2 l milk
250 g sugar
2 egg yolks
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 vanilla sugar
125 g margarine
3 dl cream


Preparation:

(Dough)
Put the water, butter, and sugar to a boil. Stir flour with baking powder and let the dough cool. In the cold paste add eggs one by one mute mixer. From pastry syringe or manually with a spoon to make the donuts on baking paper which previously put in the pan.
