JAFFA CAKE

I wanted something special for his birthday and I remembered one unusual recipe delicious cake which he drew a big smile on his face and I assure warm hugs (not preferred, believe me!).
In the fridge you need to have:

6 eggs
240 g sugar
160 ml of oil
160 ml of milk
300 g flour
2 baking powder
130 g of jam, if desired

200 ml water
200g sugar

1 vanilla cream
Preparation is very easy and fast. First, mix 3 egg whites foam, add 120 g of sugar, then 80 ml oil, 80 ml milk, and finally add 150 g flour previously mixed with 1 baking powder.
