ROLLS

Ingredients:

550g flour
20 g yeast
200g butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
250 ml of milk
filling of your choice (jam, cream ...)

Preparation:

All the ingredients combine, mix well and let the dough rest for. Then divide the dough into 16 balls of the same size and develop and then each divided into 6 triangles, smear, if desired, roll up and line up in the pan. Bake at 250 ° C until they get a golden color, and then decreased to 150 ° C for 15 minutes and then removing them. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
