Ingredients:

250g butter
250 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
250 g flour
1 baking powder
250g raisins
125g ground almonds

Preparation:

Foamy mix the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and cinnamon. To a mixture of carefully mix the flour and baking powder, then add raisins and ground almonds. Mold coated with oil and sprinkle with flour, then pour the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C, and then decreased to 150°C. and bake for 10 minutes.
