Ingredients:
(biscuit)
5 egg yolks
240 g sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
150 ml of oil
200 g flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
250 ml of milk
(cream)
6 egg whites
10 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons density
(glaze)
300 ml heavy cream
160g dark chocolate
Preparation:
(biscuit)
Egg yolks and sugar mix well, add oil, cocoa and flour mixed with baking powder. Umitit, and pour the milk. Baking pan coated with butter and sprinkle with flour, then pour the mixture. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.

Whisk the egg whites and a pinch of salt, gradually adding sugar. When you get snow add cornstarch, allowing the cream will not "fall" within a few hours. Blended, and pour over hot, baked biscuits.
